Sheena Bora murder case: Peter Mukerjea gets bail, but will not walk out of jail

The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Peter Mukerjea who is one of the main accused in the Sheena Bora murder case. However, despite the bail, Peter Mukerjea won't be able to walk out of the jail.

Following the order, the high court stayed its own order for six weeks so that the prosecution can move the Supreme Court. The high court also observed that based on first impression no evidence has been found against Peter Mukerjea, who has been in jail for the past four years.
