Shaheen Bagh shooter Kapil Gujjar had joined AAP in 2019, claimed Delhi Police's Crime Branch. Delhi Police has also recovered photos of Kapil Gujjar with several senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party from his mobile phone.

However, Aam Aadmi Party has denied any link with shooter Kapil Gujjar.
