SC raps Centre, states over pollution in Delhi-NCR

The Supreme Court has once again rapped the Centre and the states for not doing enough to control pollution in Delhi-NCR. In a scathing remark, the apex court said the bureaucracy does not act and only waits for courts to give the order. It further said that we can't wait for the weather to change to take the smoke away.
