J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik clarifies on kill corrupt statement

Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik landed into controversy on Sunday with his statement asking terrorists to gun down the corrupt who 'looted' Kashmir instead of killing innocents.

Satya Pal Malik later clarified that he regrets making the statement and that it came out of his frustration over the rampant corruption in the state.
