Sanitation worker becomes first person to receive Covid vaccine at Delhi AIIMS

Manish Kumar, a sanitation worker at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi became the first person to receive Covid-19 vaccine shot at the hospital during the launch of the nationwide vaccine on Saturday. Union health minister Harsh Vardhan was also present at AIIMS when the first vaccine shot was administered.
