RSS's PM lying to Bharat Mata: Rahul Gandhi on PM Modi's no detention camp claim

After PM Narendra Modi stated in a rally that no detention centre is being constructed, Rahul Gandhi has put out a video of a detention centre in Assam on Twitter. He further stated that "the RSS's prime minister is lying to Bharat Mata".
