Republic Day 2023: PM Modi sports multicolour Rajasthani turban symbolising India's diversity

On the occasion of the 74th Republic day on January 26, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wore a multi-coloured Rajasthani turban with a long tail, indicating the diversity of the country. While his turban was multi-coloured, the PM chose black and white colour for the rest of his attire. He wore a white kurta and pants with a black coat to complete the look.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid solemn tributes to the fallen heroes by laying a wreath at the National War Memorial before the Republic Day parade. After paying his tributes, PM Modi put down his remarks in the digital Visitor's Book of the National War Memorial in Delhi.
