A multi-agency investigation is underway following a deadly blast near Delhi's Red Fort that killed 13 people. The probe focuses on a 'white-collar' terror model, with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) examining suspicious financial transactions linked to Al-Fala University. Key developments include the detention of Dr. Mohammad Arif Mir, a cardiology student from Kanpur, and the recovery of extensive CCTV footage tracking the main suspect, Umar-ul-Nabi, across the city. According to the police, a Brezza car 'was used either for reconnaissance or as an escape vehicle'. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has also issued a show-cause notice to Al-Fala University for falsely claiming 'A-grade' accreditation.
