Ready for talks, but farmers' unions should create atmosphere for it: Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar

Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar said that government is ready for talks but first farmers' unions should create an atmosphere for it.

Tomar said, "Talks are already going on, nobody should think govt isn't ready for it. The government is ready for talks with open mind but farmers' unions should create atmosphere for talks. They should leave agitation and should talk."
