While the cafe management initially accused the flyer of demanding ₹25 lakh and threatening the brand, Nikhil debunked the extortion claim by producing travel records proving he was 'inside the aircraft at 10:27 am', the time the alleged threat call was made. The FIR charges the cafe owners with filing a false extortion case and serving contaminated food.
