Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu breaks down over chaos in Upper House

Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday broke down while he condemned the chaos in Upper House on Tuesday where some Opposition MPs climbed on the officials' table in the House to protest farm laws.

On Tuesday, opposition MPs in Rajya Sabha climbed on the officials' table, waved black cloth and threw files when the House began a discussion on farmers' protest against new reform laws.
