Video: Karni Sena chief's killing sparks protests in Rajasthan, supporters block roads

The assassination of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, the president of the Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, ignited widespread protests across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. 

Following the murder in Jaipur on December 6, members of the Rajput community have taken to the streets in a powerful display of anger and demand for justice. The intensity of the demonstrations is palpable, with protestors setting ablaze tires and blocking roads in various districts including Jaisalmer, where a bandh was called. In Alwar, a blockade was imposed, and enraged citizens protested at Nagli Circle.

The unrest has prompted heightened security measures, with police forces being deployed to maintain order and prevent further disturbances.

The Rajput community's outcry is a call for the immediate arrest of the perpetrators.
