As much as a relief the Mumbai rainfall might be after a long dry spell, it has already started to slow down the city after a few hours of heavy incessant downpour, creating problems for Mumbai residents.
Potholes, waterlogging, long traffic jams and cancelled trains have stalled the city making it difficult for people to commute. Huge potholes snarled traffic on both Eastern and the Western Express Highway.
