Rahul Gandhi listens, but does not act: Manipur CM Biren Singh

The situation in Manipur has become relatively peaceful now, Chief Minister Biren Singh said as he explained that lifting the controversial AFSPA from the whole state will take some more time.

Singh also said that unlike the situation in Kashmir, which has to deal with infiltration from Pakistan, identifying aggressors in Manipur is difficult since "everything happens internally".
