Rahul Gandhi Leads 'Vote Chori' Attack In Lok Sabha; Nishikant Dubey Hits Back On EVMs

In a heated Parliament Winter Session debate on electoral reforms and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi launched a frontal attack on the government. Gandhi termed ‘vote chori’ an ‘anti-national act’ and questioned why the Election Commission destroys CCTV footage after 45 days. He also alleged that the RSS has captured institutions. The BJP’s Nishikant Dubey countered, stating that the Congress introduced EVMs and citing instances of electoral malpractice during their regime. Outside Parliament, Mamata Banerjee protested against the SIR.
