Rahul Gandhi attacks Modi in Germany by making ISIS remark

The Congress president, while addressing a gathering in Hamburg, Germany said that ignoring minorities for a long time can give rise to the birth of extremist groups, indicating ISIS. He said that minorities in India have been ignored by the Modi government for his entire tenure and attacked the PM by saying ignorance of minorities could push them towards an ISIS-like situation.
