Pune: No coronavirus case in Budhwar Peth in last 110 days

India's third largest red light district in Pune has not reported a single Covid case in the last 110 days. Authorities once believed that Budhwar Peth would see a huge spike in coronavirus cases.

Pune district reported 2,368 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking its Covid-19 case count to 62,002. The death toll in the district reached 1,562 with 58 patients succumbing to the infection since Wednesday evening.
