In a fiery speech in Muzaffarpur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a blistering attack on the Congress and RJD, accusing them of disrespecting Bihar's culture. 'For them, the worship of Chhathi Maiyya is a drama and nautanki,' PM Modi stated, questioning if the people of Bihar would tolerate such an insult to their faith. He contrasted this with his government's efforts to secure a UNESCO heritage tag for the Chhath festival. The Prime Minister also warned voters against the opposition alliance, defining the era of their past rule as a 'Jungle Raj' identified by five things: 'Katta' (illegal arms), 'Krurta' (cruelty), 'Kattuta' (animosity), 'Kushasan' (misgovernance), and 'Corruption'. He positioned the NDA as the only alternative for a developed Bihar, contrasting its vision with the alleged misrule and corruption of the opposition.
