Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Gujarat for the four-day 'Somnath Swabhiman Parv' at the renowned Somnath Temple. The visit includes his participation in Omkar Mantra chanting, a drone show, and chairing a meeting of the Somnath Bandi Trust. A key event is the Shaurya Yatra, a procession with 108 horses honouring warriors who defended the temple. The report notes that the Prime Minister has 'often highlighted how the way in which the Hindus defended the Somnath Temple is a story of resilience and how we should all now be extremely proud of the Somnath Temple.'
