PM Modi expresses grief over loss of lives in Vaishno Devi stampede

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the deaths of pilgrims in the Vaishno Devi stampede incident on Saturday. Twelve people died and 15 others were injured in the stampede that occurred at the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district early Saturday.
