PM Modi announces trust for Ram temple construction in Ayodhya

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday announced a trust board named Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra that has been assigned the task to construct a Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The announcement was made by PM Modi in the Lok Sabha.

"After the judgment on Nov 9, all citizens of India had proven their belief in the democratic system of the country. I applaud the character shown by the people of India," said the prime minister in the Lok Sabha. The move comes after the Supreme Court on November 9 last year gave nod for building a Ram Temple at Ayodhya. For more, watch this video.
