PM Modi in Aurangabad: Highlights Ram Mandir, OROP & Attacks RJD-Congress Ahead of Bihar Polls

In a fiery speech at a rally in Aurangabad ahead of the second phase of the Bihar assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a blistering attack on the RJD-Congress alliance, reminding voters of the 'jungle raj' era and accusing them of corruption and betraying the youth. The Prime Minister said, 'Ye bolun hai Jo Bihar ke yuvaon se naukari ke badale jamin likhava lete Hain' ('These are the people who made the youth of Bihar sign away their land in exchange for jobs'). Contrasting his government's track record, PM Modi highlighted the fulfilment of key promises, including the construction of the Ram Mandir, the abrogation of Article 370, and the implementation of One Rank One Pension (OROP), stating over ₹1 lakh crore has been disbursed to armed forces pensioners. He asserted that his 'double-engine' government has successfully curbed the Naxal-Maoist insurgency in the region and ushered in an era of development and good governance, urging voters to reject the opposition.
