Parliament security breach accused confronted, Delhi Police to seek further custody

All six accused in the Parliament security breach incident -- Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Neelam, Amol Shinde, Lalit Jha and Mahesh Kumawat, were confronted with one another on Wednesday, a day before the seven days of police custody of four accused ends. The Delhi Police is likely to seek further custody of the accused on Thursday, December 21. The confrontation of the six accused was done to corroborate the sequence of events shared by each of them. All six were kept at five different units of Delhi Police’s Special Cell where they underwent sustained interrogation.
