Pakistani TV ad mocks IAF pilot Abhinandan Varthaman

Ahead of the much-anticipated cricket match between India and Pakistan in the ongoing ICC (International Cricket Council) World Cup 2019, a Pakistan TV channel shared an advertisement which appears to mock Indian Air Force Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman.

The 33-second video released by Pakistan's Jazz TV showed a person imitating IAF pilot Abhinandan Varthaman with his trademark moustache in a blue jersey answering questions on the camera.

A day after Balakot air strikes, Abhinandan Varthaman was in the Pakistani custody after his MiG-21 Bison was downed by a Pakistani Air Force jet in February this year.
