Pakistan suspends Samjhauta Express train service

After snapping diplomatic and trade ties with India, now Pakistan has unilaterally suspended Samjhauta Express train service that runs from Attari to Lahore. The announcement was made by Pakistan Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed.

Pakistan had earlier claimed that the driver of Samjhauta Express has refused to come to Indian side due to security reasons. Now, a three-member Indian crew has gone to Pakistan to get back Samjhauta Express.
