Opposition did not want discussion on Manipur: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the West Bengal Kshetriya Panchayati Raj Sammelan virtually in Howrah on Saturday and slammed the Opposition over the Manipur issue stating that it did not want a discussion on the subject in the Parliament. "We defeated the opposition's no-confidence motion in Parliament and gave a befitting reply to those spreading negativity in the entire nation. The members of the opposition left Parliament mid-way. The truth is that they were scared of voting on the no-confidence motion," PM Modi said.
