Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti reject govt's conditional release offer

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Ministers Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti have reportedly rejected security agencies 'conditional' release offer. The leaders were told that they could be shifted to their houses if they will not mobilize their supporters in the Valley against abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of the state.
