Northwest India to witness rainfall over weekend: MeT dept

According to the MeT department, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand will witness snowfall by the evening of 20th January while plains in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and regions in Delhi-NCR will witness rainfall.
