No spending on anti-collision system in 3 years, South East Railway account books reveal

India Today accessed South East Railway account books which revealed that not a single penny was spent on the anti-collision system in three years. The amount that was sanctioned was Rs 1243.19 crore but the books revealed that zero expenditure was done on train collision systems in the last three years.
