No country will tolerate illegal immigrants, says Ram Madhav

BJP general secretary Ram Madhav today said that no country will tolerate illegal immigrants. Speaking at India Today Conclave East 2018, Madhav said, "No single genuine Indian citizen will be affected or victimised." Ram Madhav said the Immigrants (Expulsion From Assam) Act, 1950 was started by the then prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Preparation of NRC is a continuation of what had started in 1950, he said, adding that all infiltrators will be detected.
