Nirmala Sitharaman lashes out at Opposition for criticising budget

The Modi govt versus Opposition showdown continued in the Parliament as Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman replied on the Budget discussion.

Nirmala Sitharaman lashed out at the Opposition for criticising the budget. She targeted the Congress with a "damaad" jibe.

She said that BJP govt is not bringing in UPI payments and facilitating digital payments to support friends or "damads" like the Congress govt.
