Nirbhaya case: Convicts continue delay tactics, lawyer moves Delhi court seeking stay on execution

The Supreme Court will hear a curative petition filed by Nirbha case death row convict Pawan Gupta, by circulation, on Thursday. Convicts' lawyer AP Singh has moved a Delhi court seeking a stay on the death warrant claiming that he has filed a curative petition on behalf of convict Pawan Gupta in the SC and a mercy petition on behalf of Akshay Singh.
