Nagaland killings: Will anyone be held accountable?

As Nagaland simmers with anger over civilian killings, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) today issued notices to the Centre and the Nagaland Government over the firing incident by the security forces that claimed the lives of several civilians.

So, should AFSPA be lifted? Will anyone be held accountable? Will firing victims get justice? Is it time to revoke AFSPA?
