Muzaffarpur rape case: Nitish Kumar talks tough, says guilty will not be spared

A day after the opposition came together demanding Bihar chief minister's resignation over the Bihar shelter scandal, Nitish Kumar today assured that all the culprits would be punished. "We will not spare anyone," the CM said adding that he has not ever compromised.
