Most wanted terrorist Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda's dossier accessed | Exclusive

India Today has accessed the most wanted terrorist, Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda's dossier.

Rinda is wanted by Chandigarh Police in four criminal cases including murder, attempt to murder, extortion and Arms act. These cases were registered between 2016 to 2018. An investigation has revealed that Rinda entered Pakistan through Nepal on a fake Indian passport. Chandigarh police had declared him a proclaimed offender.

Besides Chandigarh, Rinda is facing more than a dozen criminal cases in Punjab and Maharashtra.
