Monsoon Mayhem: Heavy rains hit several parts of country

The monsoon continues to pound several parts of the country, leading to loss of lives and property. Several people have died due to floods caused by heavy rains. A five-year-old boy died in Asansol as the mud wall of his house collapsed due to excessive rainfall. Till now, six people have been killed in West Bengal.

The Indian Meterological Department(IMD) has issued a red alert for the next 24 hours in Rajasthan. In the same series, IMD has predicted more rain in Delhi-NCR.
