Rahul at Congress plenary: PM Modi thinks he is not human but an incarnation of God

Congress President Rahul Gandhi lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's BJP at a plenary meeting of his party, saying its icon VD Savarkar - unlike Mahatma Gandhi - wrote to the British to beg for mercy.

"India must never forget that when our leader was sleeping on the floor in a British jail, their leader Mr Savarkar was writing to the British begging for mercy."
