'MLAs being threatened to vote' in Rajya Sabha polls: Akhilesh Yadav

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday said party MLAs were being "threatened" to cross-vote in favour of BJP candidates in the Rajya Sabha election.

Speaking to India Today TV, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Power of money...MLAs are being threatened to vote. When the government gets involved, this is what will happen. They will threaten the MLAs and take them away."

Accusing the BJP of horse-trading, Akhilesh Yadav said that the party would go to any extent to win.
