After Mersal, another Tamil film Kee is mocking GST. RJ Balaji and Jiiva starrer Kee has slammed GST in its promo.

Earlier in the day, there was a huge political slugfest over Tamil film Mersal, which also slammed GST.

Taking a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi after BJP called the latest Tamil film politically motivated, Rahul Gandhi said that the party was trying to "demon-etise Tamil pride."

Rahul Gandhi wrote on Twitter, "Mr. Modi, Cinema is a deep expression of Tamil culture and language. Don't try to demon-etise Tamil pride by interfering in Mersal."
