Major setback to BJP, Congress wins Rajasthan bypolls

The Union Budget came on a day when BJP lost all three by-polls at Rajasthan.

In a thumping victory, the Congress today first wrested the Mandalgarh Assembly seat in Rajasthan from the BJP and then soon grabbed both the Ajmer and Alwar Lok Sabha seats in the state.

A total of 42 candidates were in the fray in the three seats, all of which were held by the BJP.
