Maharashtra power tussle: Can Shiv Sena get the support of NCP, Congress?

After BJP announced that it will not form the government in Maharashtra since it does not have the required numbers, now all eyes are on Shiv Sena, the second-largest party in the state.

But, for forming the govt, Shiv Sena will have to get the backing of Congress and NCP and both these alliance partners have said earlier that they have got the mandate to sit in the opposition.
