Maharashtra government formation: Uddhav Thackeray to take oath as CM on Dec 1

The high drama in Maharashtra government formation saga seems to be approaching a conclusion as BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday resigned as CM saying that his government lost majority following NCP leader Ajit Pawar resignation as deputy CM. Now, Shiv Sena supremo Uddhav Thackeray is all set to take oath as chief minister. The swearing-in ceremony, which was expected to be held on Wednesday, will now be held on December 1.
