Video: Check-in services hit, massive queue at Delhi airport amid global outage

Airport and airline operations faced significant disruptions on Friday due to a Microsoft outage, with airlines issuing advisories to passengers. IndiGo, SpiceJet and Akasa saw disruptions in their online check-in and boarding processes across their networks, forcing them to switch to manual mode. As the operations were affected, a team from India Today TV visited Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport to check the on-ground situation. Visuals showed that boarding pass printing machines were showing "under maintenance". Long queues were also seen inside the airport terminal.
