Lockdown 4.0 will be based on states' suggestions: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced that lockdown 4.0 will be entirely different from the earlier phases and will be based on states' suggestions.

He further said that the details about fourth phase of the lockdown will be made known before May 18.

The third phase of the lockdown ends on May 17.
