Linking lack of investment to Article 370 misplaced: J&K's ex-FM Haseeb Drabu

Jammu and Kashmir's former Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu said that linking lack of private investment to Article 370 is misplaced.

He further said that even the original Act of 1927 had a provision for corporates investing in Jammu and Kashmir. He also said that every industrial policy since 1960, the state govt had a policy for 90 years lease for industry.
