Video: Leopard enters residential society in Haryana, caught jumping across houses

A leopard strayed into a residential neighbourhood in Haryana’s Panchkula sector 6 on Saturday, triggering panic among local residents. A video of the incident, which has since surfaced, shows the leopard inside the lawn of a house, attempting to leap over a boundary fence into the adjoining property, before eventually managing to cross over. As news of the sighting spread, teams of forest department and the police rushed to the scene to rescue the animal. A resident said he spotted the leopard in the area when he was coming from the doctor's, news agency PTI reported. He, subsequently, alerted the authorities.
