Law of the land is supreme, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to Twitter

Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has said that the law of the land is supreme and asked Twitter to comply with the Centre's new IT rules.

The warning comes amid the Centre and Twitter are engaged in a tussle over the new IT rules, especially on the point that the social media giant has not been able to appoint a grievance redressal officer yet.
