Kullu toll plaza submerged as monsoon fury continues to batter Himachal

Heavy rains and flash floods are causing widespread devastation across northern India, particularly in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu. In Himachal's Kullu and Manali region, the overflowing Beers River has washed away a significant portion of the Kullu-Manali highway, severely disrupting connectivity.
