A house in Mundakayam in Kerala's Kottayam district was washed away after heavy rainfall triggered landslides. A video of the same is now going viral on social media.
At least 11 people have lost their lives amid torrential rains in Kerala. 9 have been found dead in Kottayam and 2 in Idukki. Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department has also sounded a yellow alert for 11 Kerala districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram and Kozhikode.
