Amid ministerial aspirations from many legislators, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said, 'all 142 Congress MLAs deserve a cabinet seat'. Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar has deflected questions on the matter, while the opposition BJP has taken the opportunity to mock the Congress government over the internal deliberations and potential sidelining of Shivakumar.
